Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Win-Win Moving Solutions L.L.C. ("Win-Win Moving Solutions", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our moving services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services
1.1 Scope of Services
We provide professional moving services, including packing, loading, transporting, unloading, assembling, disassembling, and unpacking of goods.
1.2 Estimates
All estimates provided by Win-Win Moving Solutions are based on the information provided by the customer. Final costs may vary depending on actual circumstances on the moving day.

2. Payment
2.1 Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and certified checks (There is a 2.6% convenience fee for Credit Cards only).
2.2 Deposits
A $100 deposit will be required to secure your moving date. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled move.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move will forfeit the deposit.
3.2 Rescheduling
You may reschedule your move at no additional charge if notice is given at least 48 hours before the original moving date. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the move may incur additional fees.
4. Liability
Included but not limited to the following:
4.1 Limitation of Liability
Win-Win Moving Solutions is not liable for any damage or loss to items that are not packed by our staff. Our liability for any damage or loss is limited to the coverage provided by our insurance policy.
4.2 Exclusions
Win-Win Moving Solutions' liability for lost or damaged items is limited to $0.60 per pound per article unless the customer has purchased additional insurance.
We are not responsible for:

Damage to items packed by the customer.

Damage or loss due to natural disasters, acts of God, or force majeure.

Damage to items in boxes that were not packed by our staff.

Damage or loss to Marble.

Glass items
-
Pets and Plants
-
Pianos

TV’s function after delivery. These are items susceptible to damage from extreme temperatures, slight bumps, and altitude changes. If you have the original packaging, that is the best option.

Deteriorated items.

Simulated wood products and pressboard furniture. (These products have poor structural integrity). These items are excluded from any and all moving insurance coverage.

Replacement of any lost items listed on the inventory page and inspected prior to the move, subject to the above limits.

The working condition of electronic equipment, grandfather clocks, pool tables, or any other piece of mechanical equipment. All items should be properly boxed and securely packed. If the following items are transported loosely, they are excluded from moving liability. These items include but are not limited to ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS, TELEVISIONS, STEREOS, DVD PLAYERS, CONCRETE PIECES, CD/MP3 PLAYERS, TYPEWRITERS, COMPUTERS, PLANTS, LAMPSHADES, GLASS, APPLIANCES, MARBLE, CERAMIC LAMPS, CERAMIC ITEMS, SEWING MACHINES, MIRRORS (WITH OR WITHOUT A DRILLED HOLE), CERAMIC, PLASTICS, STATUES, PICTURES, PAINTINGS, CURTAIN RODS, COMPUTERS, LAPTOPS, DISHES, CHINA, ETC. Standard liability is limited to and not to exceed 0.60 cents per pound, per article.

Any damage resulting from non-routine moving scenarios—including, but not limited to, standing items on end, making sharp turns, navigating overcrowded work areas, maneuvering through difficult stairways, encountering snags and sharp edges in work areas and doorways, handing items over balconies or railings, and tight squeezes—as well as damage caused by weather, we are not liable. In some cases, it may not be possible to place items in your desired locations without risking damage to either the items or the premises. Should such a situation occur, our foreman will inform you and request your agreement, either verbally or through a release form, to accept responsibility for any potential damage. If you wish for us to proceed with any non-routine moving request, you will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging this risk.
The right is reserved by Win-Win Moving Solutions to repair or replace any damaged item(s).

4.3 Valuable Items and Item Exclusions
Items you must remove before moving day:

Cash, Coins, Jewelry, Firearms, Checks, Passports, Sensitive Documents, Precious Stones, Expensive China and Glassware, Credit Cards, Flammables, Stocks, Bonds, Furs, Fine Art, Gaming Consoles, Laptops and computers.
We will ask prior to your move if this has been completed. (If items are there on moving day we are not responsible for the loss or damage of items).
4.4 Claims
Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the move. Failure to provide timely notice of a claim may result in denial of the claim.

5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Accurate Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the items to be moved, the locations, and any potential obstacles or challenges.
5.2 Preparation
Customers must ensure that all items are properly packed, labeled, and ready for transport. (Unless spoken about otherwise). Any special instructions for handling fragile or valuable items must be communicated to our staff prior to the move.

6. Privacy
6.1 Data Collection
We collect personal information necessary to provide our Services, including names, addresses, and payment information. This information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of the move.
6.2 Third-Party Disclosure
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to complete the move or as required by law.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the service is provided, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Amendments
Win-Win Moving Solutions L.L.C. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or otherwise notifying you.

BY USING OUR SERVICES YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE-LISTED TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WIN-WIN MOVING SOLUTIONS.
I UNDERSTAND AND HAVE READ THE MOVING POLICY & LIMITS OF LIABILITY WITH THE EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY.
PAYMENT IS DUE ONCE THE MOVE IS COMPLETE. EXACT CASH, CHECK, DEBIT, OR CREDIT CARD IS ACCEPTED AS PAYMENT. IF PAID BY DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD ALLOW FOR A 2.6% CONVENIENCE FEE.
THE FINAL AMOUNT IS CALCULATED ON THE ACTUAL TIME AND FEES FOR YOUR MOVE.
