How Do I Get A Quote?You can request a free, no-obligation quote by filling out our online form or giving us a call. We’ll gather some details about your move, including the size of your home, destination, and preferred moving date, to provide an accurate estimate.

What Do I Need To Do The Day I Move?It's up to you! All we ask is that everything is already in a closed box and preferably labeled with their destination room. Keep any important documents or personal items with you. If you want to help you can, otherwise sit back and relax! Let us do all the heavy lifting for you.

Do I Have To Be Present While You're Moving?Nope! All we ask is that you are present at the new home to direct us where you would like us to move your items! We understand there are a lot of moving parts on moving day, whether it's closing on your home, or you need to take the kids to a sporting event, let us take the stress off of you moving the actual items!

What's The Process Look Like?When you call us, we gather all the relevant information regarding your move. After we collect some information, we set up a time for one of our awesome team members to come out and take an inventory of all of your belongings you want us to move. After inventory is complete the next step is the actual move! After all the items are moved to the new home, we do a final walk-through to make sure your items are exactly where you want them to be. It's a Win-Win!

What Fees Are There?It is required to have a TV Box for your TV for us to move it. We can provide a moving box at a fee, or you can always go to a local store to pick one up. Mattresses and box springs are required to have mattress bags to protect them. We can provide them at $20 each, or you are always welcome to pick up your own mattress bags. Sometimes people want us to load their truck/U-Haul that they rent. If we need to bring our truck it is a flat-fee of $200. Depending on the distance of the move, other fees may apply. Give us a call with anytime with any questions regarding transportation fees! Flat heavy/special item fee of $100 (Example: Gun Safe, Piano, Grand Father Clock, Pool Tables, Elliptical, Treadmill, etc...)

How Far In Advance Should I Book My Move?We recommend booking your move at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak moving seasons (spring and summer). However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute moves whenever possible.

Things We Don't MoveJewelry, Art, Money, Credit/Debit Cards, Or Any Personal Items.

Can I leave items in drawers or do I need to empty them?For safety and ease of transport, we recommend emptying drawers, especially those that contain fragile or heavy items. Clothes can typically be left in dressers, but for security, it’s best to pack everything separately.

What should I do if something is damaged during the move?If any of your items are damaged, please report it to us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue through our claims process and make sure it’s handled quickly and fairly.
